Job Description: Market Assessment: - Benchmark competition offerings and identify opportunity areas - Interact with Customers and identify pain points / improvement areas - Liaise with Banking partners and NPCI on regular basis to understand new launches and drive innovation - Stay abreast with the latest guidelines and industry trends in financial services and strategize the platform offering basis industry research Product Roadmap: - Define the long term vision of the Product and build product backlog - Prepare functional architecture and assess build vs buy for all the components - Evaluate vendors for buy / partner scenarios Product Delivery: - Ability to manage external vendors and ensure delivery is on track - Collaborate with Engineering and UX team to solution the product features - Follow Agile development cycle to prepare well written user stories - Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each Feature launch Drive Adoption: - End-to-end ownership of the product: proposition, pricing, journey, development, integration, GTM and acquisition - Work with internal teams to ensure adoption by customers and iterate / pilot changes
